We are open to show the home daily between 11am-9pm. We work from home a good bit, but we have to have a courtesy call / some kind of notice / appointment.  That way we can make sure we can be here to let you in to see the house if you are wanting to do For Sale By Owner and don't have an agent. Agents, so we can make sure we are out of your way, that our two small dogs are put up, and the house is good to go for a great showing. So, please contact ahead and we will accommodate the best we can.

***Also Agent Friendly through Duffy Realty.  We have a supra lockbox for agents. We want you to show! But just please get in touch ahead of time and confirm a time frame. If you make plans with us to show but decide not to come during the time we discussed, please give us a quick call or text to let us know.
