The house is located in Decatur, Georgia, which is in Dekalb County (and its in the unincorporated Dekalb County, so no city taxes!) It is in the Atlanta area and inside the 285 perimeter, so we are ITP ('inside the perimeter' for those of you not familiar with the way the Atlanta areas get described). OTP is 'outside the perimeter', which is considered greater Atlanta and the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. We are near the middle / east side of the city, which is a great location! At this location, you are close to many major highways, interstates, roads to buzz around to any part of the city or greater Atlanta.
We are in an area called Belvedere Park, next to East Lake area, then Kirkwood, Downtown Decatur, Oakhurst, East Atlanta Village, Little Five Points, Cabbagetown, Old Fourth Ward, Edgewood Area, Candler Park, Grant Park, Glenwood Park, Virginia Highlands, Poncey-Highlands, Avondale Estates, Stone Mountain, and more.
